I am 33 year old guy, married for 4 years now. i have faced sporadic erection problem. sometimes I get good erection and sometimes almost no erection. I searched a lot on internet and tried few things. I am sharing some of the things that worked for me.

I typically used to do 1 km running and some moderate weight training. I was not very regular, I typically used to go to gym 2-3 days in a week I realized that on the day of the gym activity I did not get good erection, but 1-2 days after the gym activity , I get really hard, so along with exercise rest is equally important. Due to office workload I could not continue weight training in gym and I decided to just continue cardio exercise like running or taking stairs up to 10th floor of my office.

Eat healthy

I am very fond of tea and coffee. I drink around 4 cups of tea/coffee every day. When I started Orange juice in morning instead of tea, I observed improvement in my erection. The point here is that minimize junk and unhealthy food intake and observe the difference yourself. whatever you find on internet may not be applicable for your case as it is. Eating healthy food regularly will improve your fitness level and thereby your sexual health as well.

Taking heavy & healthy breakfast helps in maintaining good energy level throughout the day. Especially if you are skinny, it is very important to have good breakfast. I generally take scrambled eggs, bowl of corn/wheat flakes or sometimes Indian breads (paratha/chapati) with boiled eggs/omelet. It is important not to eat junk or oily food especially in breakfast. 

Avoid heavy and late dinner. There are multiple disadvantages off taking heavy meal before sleep. Mainly food doesn't digest as well during night as the first meal of the day.

I have been doing hindu push-ups and regularly prefer stairs over lift. Both of these cover cardio and strength exercise. Important thing to note is not overdoing it and being regular. It's ok to miss a day or so, but only if we are regular in our good habit 90% of time, we get good result.
