Kegal Excercise

How to do Kegal Exercise:

  1. Make sure your bladder is empty, then sit or lie down.
  2. Tighten your pelvic floor muscles. Hold tight and count to 8.
  3. Relax the muscles and count to 10.
  4. Repeat 10 times, 3 times a day (morning, afternoon, and night).

I do find it useful. It improves in hardening the erection. Ensure that you don't over do it and be regular with this.
